Medical Profile

Starting at a young age, Garrett?s parents took him to every doctor they could 
find, trying to have the change that caused both Garrett and his father to be 
such powerful warriors reversed.  Unfortunately, no cure had been found and the 
doctors on Angosia III had no real desire to help in anyway they could.  

Biographical Synopsis

Garrett?s father is one of the biochemically altered Angosians from the Tarsian 
War.  Due to the fact that Jeremy Stevens had been so radically changed and the 
effects of the change could not be reversed, his mutated genes passed down to 
Garrett.  Luckily though, Garrett?s sister is saved from this mutation by 
simply a female, her cells could not accept the change.  Because Garrett?s 
blood comes from a mix of a biochemically altered Angosian soldier and a 
regular Angosian, the effects of the change are not so drastic in him.   While 
he still does process more strength then an average Starfleet officer, his 
strength in no way compares to that of a first generation of the changed 
soldiers.  As well, he is less prone to aggressive behavior, though, if he 
feels threatened or feels as though any of his loved ones are being threatened, 
he has no qualms about using his full force to save them.

Because Garrett grew up being so different from most other children in his area 
and everyone believed that him and his father were only good for being mindless 
fighting machines, Garrett decided to prove everyone wrong.  That is when he 
choose to go to Star Fleet Academy.  While everyone pushed him towards being a 
security officer, Garrett wanted to prove that he was good for more then just 
fighting, that was when he decided he wanted to help people in the most 
peaceful manner he could think of.  So he began to study counseling and has the 
potential to go far in Star Fleet counseling.
