<USS Avalon> First Shift

First Shift

 Sakong having finished his exam with the doctor, returned to his room.  Here 
he unpacked his limited number of belongings.  His uniforms were the majority 
of what he owned.  A few personal items, such as a Gorn equivalent to a PADD, 
a spare collar so his speech isn’t heard as hisses, and a few bodily care 
products.  
 Once finished unpacking, the duty oriented Gorn lumbers off to report in.  
His large framed body slowly moves down the corridor, causing a lot of 
conversations to stop and attracting a lot of stares.  They however are meet 
with the 
same reaction, as Sakong, who never left the Confederacy till his assignment, 
still looked with amazement at these tiny creatures.  He is astonished how 
their fragile bodies are actually tougher then they look.  Their skin alone is 
outstanding for multi environmental conditions.  As he walks he comes upon a 
lady in the hall who isn’t paying attention to anything but a computer panel. 
 
"Hello" in his reptilian/demonic tone that he cannot help 

She jumps back almost three feet away from him.  Her body shaking from the 
adrenalin reaction.

"I am sorry to scare you ma’am I just need to know were Engineering is 
located." Seeing how he can’t read the panel with out his Gorn PADD.

"D..d..d down the ha…ha.. hall" pointing with her wobbly hand, still shaking 
from the horrible scare his appearance gave her.

"Again I do apologize ma’am I did not mean to frighten you"

"Its no problem" Struggling to regain he composure.

"Thank you for your aid" Slowly walking away giving her, her room. 
 
 Walking into engineering was no different two of the closest members to the 
door immediately stopped working and conversation to see this mammoth monster 
come into engineering.
