Hearing the order from the Captain for certain people to return the bridge,  
Skyler knew something was up, and it most likely had to do with the current  
mission. She pushed all her fears to the back of her mind and concentrated on  
her duties as XO of this vessel and as an officer.
 
With the Captain on the bridge, it only made sense for Skyler to move to  the 
Battle bridge. That way if, for some unknown reason, they were boarded  
neither of them would be in the same location. She kept thinking about what  
Pacey 
had said and tried to relax, but she could feel her nerves and muscles  coil 
like a viper ready to attack. Taking several slow deep breaths she tried to  
calm herself as she made her way to the Battle bridge.
 
When she reached her location she walked in and was inundated with memories  
of the last time she had been on this bridge. It all came rushing back. Being  
held hostage, feeling out of control, getting beat, all of it. She could feel 
 the sweat start to trickle down her back and she knew it was her "fight or  
flight' reaction kicking in. Stop it! You are an officer of this ship and  you 
have a duty to uphold, so get a grip on yourself....
 
Once she had settled her nerves, somewhat, she looked around trying to  
decide what crew would be best at this location. "Ensign Michaelson, Ensign  
Vevay 
Davis, Lt. First Class Georgia Lewis, and Ensign John  Henderson, report to 
the battle bridge."
 
Sitting in the main chair, Skyler pulled up the view of the badlands on the  
main view screen. She didn't like seeing all the energy pulses and such  
associated with the badlands, but she had faith in Phillipa, just as she had  
faith 
in the crew she had called to the battle bridge. Her main worry was  Melanie 
and her baby. Hopefully, they would find a safe haven and be okay. The  
thought of something happening to her was always in the back of her mind, yet  
she 
couldn't control Melanie or the situation. She could only hope for the  best.
