Captain's orders are Doctor's orders?

    Felicity was hiding in her usual hangout spot -- her lab when the Captain 
summoned her to his ready room.  She acknowledged the request and wistfully 
headed to the bridge.  She had done well in her first set of Command courses 
but there were still several more ahead of her.  Felicity's mind wandered to 
what the Captain might need from her.  

    Exiting the lift, she walked down the corridor and rang the chime on the 
door and waited for the summons to enter his ready room.  After a few moments 
she heard the Captain's voice allow her entry.  Cautiously, she walked inside 
and prepared herself for anything.

    "Ah, Doctor Roan, I need you to do something, and rather quickly I'm 
afraid.  This needs to be done in order for me to complete my judgment."  He 
handed her a PADD detailing his orders, in case either party objected.

    Felicity sat and listened patiently, and read his orders and nodded her 
head slowly.  "Yes sir, I understand.  I'll make the arrangements within the 
next two hours to complete the physicals for both Commanders and send any 
problems to your attention."  She stood and waited to be dismissed before 
exiting 
and heading out on her path.  

    She frowned slightly at the thought of having to visit to warring 
parties... even if the other was completely unaware that she visited the other. 
 It 
was her duty and she was obligated to comply.  

    Tapping her comm badge, first she called Skyler and requested a 
convenient time to stop by.  Once that time was fixed, she would proceed to 
contact 
Commander Sierra.
