Greetings!

It's that time again, and this month there's a whole new look for the 
Journal! The site has been completely rewritten mostly by hand from the ground 
up, 
replacing old, sloppy Frontpage code with sleek HTML guided by CSS. Even the 
Online Application was rewritten, the old CGI based app replaced by an original 
PHP program. The new look should be FAR more uniform than the old design and a 
lot more efficient. There's still some more to be done on other areas of the 
site, but the public interface is mostly complete.

So, please forward this on to your crews and enjoy the new issue and new look 
of the Journal at cpa.orbitalsunrise.net! Thanks for everyone who helped pull 
this together!
