Biography:
TʼLearaʼs biological parents died I an apparent murder, sucide when she was 
approximately two years of age. She was raised by an aunt, TʼShael, who she no 
longer contacts. She is psi-null, meaning that not only has she no psi 
abilities, she is apparently a sort of "dampener" for otherʼs abilities when in 
close proximity. Thus she was not trained in the Vulcan mental techniques, nor 
was she ever bonded. She entered into the Vulcan Science academy at age 12, and 
entered Starfleet at age 22. 
TʼLearaʼs career in Starfleet has been somewhat unusual. Initially she showed 
great promise and received many commendations for her contributions. However, 
court martial proceedings were initiated against her and she was nearly 
discharged following a disastrous series of events while working on the highly 
classified Vega Prime Research Project. To this day, it is assumed by many that 
she should not have been allowed to remain in Starfleet and cannot, in fact, be 
trusted. Still others insist she was a victim of circumstance in the VPRP 
affair.

TʼLeara is an extremely fit Vulcan female. There are no notable physical 
defects to report at this time.

Though I still have some concerns regarding TʼLearaʼs avoidance issues when 
discussing her home life, about which you will note there is little disclosed 
in her file, and still recommend that counseling continue regarding the 
problems that emerged at Vega Prime Research Facility, and the aftermath 
thereof, I see nothing that would prevent her from continuing her duties at 
this time.
