One minute the view screen's were active and the next they were blank.  
Standing up, Skyler went and stood in front of the screen. "What the fuck  
happened 
to the view screen's? Get them back up now, I want to know what the  hell is 
going on."
 
Both Lyta and John were feverishly working away at their console's trying  to 
get the screens back on. Almost in unison they both replied, "Ma'am, we are  
unable to get the screens back up. It is as if someone deliberately sabotaged  
them. I don't care what you have to do I want those screens back up NOW!"
 
Sitting back in her chair Skyler's mind was racing. Was Melanie and the  baby 
okay, was Vevay with them, where the hell was the captain, and more to the  
point were they in the damn temporal wormhole? As she was sitting there a  
thought crossed Skyler's mind. The shuttle's in the secondary shuttle bay. They 
 
had view screens. Perhaps she could get one of them to work.
 
"Ensign Franklin, you're with me. John, you have the bridge." With Ensign  
Franklin right behind her, phaser armed, they both made their way to the 
shuttle 
 bay. One way or another she was going to find out what was going  on.
