Hi terese and List
thank you for your input. Have you upgraded to AVG 2017? I hear the interface
is no longer accessible.
Also, still hoping for input on Window-eyes with kaspersky or other security
software.
Sure glad this list is here.

I have been a Window Eyes user for many years. In the past couple of years I

I am able to use AVG without difficulty.

Hi List,
I discovered this list while searching for security software that works with
screen readers.
I am a current user of Window-eyes, but with the current situation, I'm
considering learning NVDA, although I will use Window-eyes as long as it lasts.
I found some info written by David goldfield about Kaspersky. He uses NVDA. I
am wondering if any Window-Eyes users have used this software OR if anyone can
recommend another software that is fairly protective - rates on the top 10
virus & security software lists.
I called VFO today and the gal I spoke with didn't seem too knowledgeable. She
said kaspersky could mess up my screen reader. She also mentioned that AVG
made jaws 18 unusable.
Thanks for any help/input.
