[austechwriter] Re: basic question

But since the objective is to produce a technical report, the amount of =
time spent printing screens, writing on them, cutting and pasting pieces =
of text and images into pages and photocopying for nice presentation =
would probably be just as long as doing it the electronic way? ;)

Plus, if the time spent on computers is as frequent as myself any chance =
of legible penmanship has long disappeared.

But then, if you get high on glue and enjoy the buzz from photocopier =
flashes, why not give it a try ;)

Here's a tip.

Print them out and write on them with a pen, then photocopy that for the =

people who must see it.

(Or if they are printed as glossy prints, write on some tracing paper =
over=20
the top of them and hand them around.)

Some low tech solutions to a high tech problem!

Scary isn't it?

Of course you could always import the pictures into Corel Draw or=20
Microsloth Paintbrush or PaintShop Pro, or even Microsloth =
PointlessPower=20
and fart around for hours to achieve much the same thing that would take =

about two minutes with pen and paper.

Just remember to not paint the liquid paper on your monitor screen if =
you=20
make a mistake. Once it dries, it's refresh rate becomes very slow, =
unless=20
you have thinners and a scraper blade handy.

Sorry.  Couldn't help myself.

We are becoming so dependent on computers to do everything now, we seem =
to=20
forget about the REAL basics.
