Thanks guys for your suggestions and comments all useful,  even for a 
smile or Belly laugh.

Its not that I WANT to do it ( convert back to Word - what a 
retrograde thought anyway) ,  that's what I am faced with for a large 
job,  and the C & P route is too time consuming.
