i've downloaded the manual for a health grill i'm considering buying.
apart from using the word "alleviate" (which i don't think has a place
in a manual of this kind), it also says...
"Do not salt meat before cooking. Salt will draw out the juices
toughening the meat."
coz you don't want to lose those meat-toughening juices...
