atw: e-learning developer

Hi austechies,
 
I'm looking for an experienced developer of e-learning tools to work with
one of our clients. Depending on costs, the job is either:

*       to rebuild an existing e-learning module from scratch and update it
to match the current version of the software or
*       to build a new module that merely teaches the user the difference
between the previous version of the software (covered in the current module)
and the new version of the software

The software is a seat-booking system for sports events and the like. What
we use to develop the learning module is our choice.
 
The module needs to be hosted on a learning management system (LMS) and so
needs to be SCORM compliant (or equivalent). Reports must be provided to
track the learning development of every trainee to who tackles the training.
