atw: a problem for 'word' specialists

Hi

I would appreciate some help with the following (stupid) problem: I was
working on a 'Word' document and I don't know what I pressed by mistake but
the document has turned into an outlook express email. The format is intact
but it has this email header. This is the good old Word2000, I am quite happy with it otherwise. This happened to me once a few years ago, but I forgot how I solved 
the problem then.Would appreciate help with turning this email back into
a regular doc.
