atw: YES! Reformatting wizard / priorities

Totally stoked, got enough downtime at work to place a whole bunch of style
guide-required tweaks on the styling macros, AND wrap all my little "fix
simple, common legacy mistakes" into a reformatting wizard that anyone can
run - seeing as shortly we have to face yet more of that problem. It has
known issues of course, the reformat all tables one is a mild issue, but as
I also include a "make the selected table borderless" option, all is mostly
good.

Now to marry that up with MegaReplacer or whatever Jack calls that "List bad
styles against their good styles" over at editorium.com. Work has to buy one
copy for the shift. Hehehehhe, instant ROI.

Why brings me, in a round-about way, to my question. No leading with what I
did and why,

You start a new job. You allocate little chunks of extra time to getting
things setup infrastructure-wise, or even get lucky enough to allocated time
for doing it. What do you do first? What exact pieces of the infrastructure
do you focus on for how long?
