atw: Word template help needed

Hi everyone

We need someone to develop a couple of Word templates for us. We've done
the design - we just need them converted to .dot. These templates will
be used for policy documents published both internally and externally.
They are pretty simple - standard coversheet, imprint page and a header
and footer on each page. They will also have a set of styles associated
with them. We want these to be "fool" proof - hence the need for someone
who knows what they are doing to develop them.  Oh, and we're talking
Word 2002 here although we will be moving to XP early next year.
