For your information. NILS is a non-profit organisation affiliated with Vision
Australia, and they specialise in web accessibility consulting, training and
research. One of their principal consultants, Dr Sofia Celic has given a
presentation for us at ASTC (Vic), and gave an excellent presentation at the
AODC last year.

The National Information and Library Service is presenting two Web workshops in
Sydney in March on Web Accessibility (Tuesday 15th March) and Web Usability &
Design (Wednesday 16th March). Register for BOTH workshops to get a 10%
discount.

The Web Accessibility Workshop introduces accessibility issues in terms of
Australian policy contexts and internationally recognised requirements.
This
full-day workshop is targetted at web-development team leaders, corporate
communications professionals, business managers, along with content authors, web
programmers, designers and web contract managers.
