atw: Ways to get people to look at documentation

I'm considering wearing the following T-shirt around the office so that =
people will get the message:
http://www.thinkgeek.com/tshirts/frustrations/3239/

Seriously though, I'm thinking of creating a sales brochure that =
outlines the complete documentation-set so people will know where to go =
to find what, in the hope they won't ask for something that's already =
there because they haven't even bothered to look for it. (No, it's not =
because it's too hard to navigate through the documentation, it's =
because it's too hard to click a button and read).

Has anyone tried to "sell" their documentation? Any examples?
