atw: UPK by Oracle

Dear All

I am currently undertaking a brief comparison of UPK to other HAT's, and
am hoping some of you may be able to assist.  It seems that web based
comparative or substantive data for UPK is not as forthcoming as it is
for say Flare or its predecessor RoboHelp.

1. Has anyone used Oracles' User Productivity Kit (UPK) to produce
various forms of documentation for PeopleSoft, JD Edwards or Oracle
installations?

2. Alternatively has anyone evaluated UPK against other HAT's?

If so, I would  much appreciate having an off line chat with you about
your experiences and/or findings, to see whether this product would meet
