atw: Translation freeware?

Hi folks
A charity has approached me about getting translation software to handle three documents; one is in French, one is in German, and the third is in Dutch. Being a charity, they are looking for freeware.
I had a look at the myWorldLingo web site and that will do a cheap job, but I imagine someone (me, probably) will have to do a lot of cleaning up on it. 

Are there other sites I should look at?
