atw: Transferring desktop settings between computers

Hi all
I'm moving to a new computer, and I want to take my current desktop
settings with me, rather than spend a day trying to rebuild them and a
couple of weeks trying to figure out the little fiddly bits I've
forgotten how to do.
Can anyone tell me which file(s) to take over?
Windows (of course), XP.
