I was asked to go to an interview for the position below, however am now
looking like being unavailable so have pulled out. I have never met this
recruitment group before, however I feel the lady I was speaking to (Petrina)
was fair and reasonable. Petrina found me on the ASTC NSW website, something
that has occurred a few times recently, incidentally.
She told me that the client is govt based, the candidate must have good
customer relationship skills, as a large amount of client liaison is required.
Rates (daily) sounded good to excellent. RoboHelp skills were mentioned several
times...

Details below:
An initial analysis of the functionality has already been performed, and the
scope of the training defined in the contract. The proposed strategy is to
adopt a combination of online and instructor-led training, leveraging a
training database. This strategy and approach will be reviewed during the
development of the Training Plan and aligned with the Customer's strategy for
ongoing training.
Following the completion of the Training Plan, training design will commence,
followed by development of the training materials. During this time, the user
documentation will also be completed. Robohelp will be used to create the
online help file.
Key Responsibilities:-
Completing the Training Development Plan.
Working with the client representatives to obtain sign-off for Training Plans.
Reviewing documentation and deliverables produced by the Training Team,
including Training Designs, Train the Trainer Materials.
Ensuring the smooth execution of the Train the Trainer Training.
Managing issues arising from Training activities.
Reporting timely and accurate status regarding training activities.
Knowledge and Required skills:
Ability to effectively manage and prioritise a team's work.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Good analytical skills.
Good facilitation and coaching skills.
Ability to build relationships with Client Representatives and the Team.
Ability to act on own initiative with an appreciation of the scope and
responsibilities of the team.
Status Reporting.
Administrative skills.
Project Management and Leadership.
Issues Management.
Deliverables:
The following deliverables will be expected -
Training Plan (including high level TNA)
Training Designs.
Training Materials (Instructor Guide, Participant Guide, Training Database, Job
Aids).
User Documentation (Procedures).
Train the Trainer Materials.
