Training Manager - CRM/ERP/WEB Focus

Mitchellake Consulting is currently representing an opportunity for a Training 
Manager for our client who deliver world leading Web based CRM/ERP/Accounting 
solutions. 

You will provide classroom and on-site training to clients from all levels of 
customer organisations. You will keep abreast of new developments in our 
clients application and build strong relationships with key clients employees 
in their training divisions. 

Mandatory skills and experience requirements

• Successful track record of more than 2 years hands on, delivery of customer 
training in a mixed classroom/site environments. 
• Comprehensive understanding of business principles and processes
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting / ERP / CRM applications, 
• Ability to deliver training in a classroom environment; pace the training 
at a level appropriate for the attendees
• Motivated to build client relationships
• Formal accounting qualifications or certification in one or more ERP 
application suites would be Desirable.

• Highly resourceful, flexible, tenacious and professional in identifying and 
resolving issues 
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Lateral thinker who is able to find creative solutions to challenges
• Time management skills - ability to juggle multiple demands
