atw: Tips: Drag-and-drop

? To cancel a drag that's in progress (e.g. because
you _meant_ to drag with your right mouse button),
press Esc.

? Suppose you want to drag and drop an item onto the
desktop. If you start dragging but then realise that
the relevant part of the desktop is obscured, hover
over a blank area on the taskbar (without dropping) to
minimise all windows, then continue. (After dropping,
you can press Windows+D to undo the minimise.)

(For a similar tip about dropping files into open
programs, see the end of the message at:

Craig
