atw: Tips: Creating tiny URLs

If you have a long URL such as

http://quizilla.com/users/BaalObsidian/quizzes/How%20grammatically%20sound%20are%20you%3F/

that is likely to be split over more than one line when you post it in an
email message, why not go to

http://tinyurl.com/

to make it shorter, eg

http://tinyurl.com/2e4mn
