atw: Tip for creating PDFs

Don't install Adobe Acrobat 5 on a system with Office XP/2003, then run the
Distiller from the Acrobat toolbar in Word.

*shudder*

Small documents seem to work OK (they take forever, though).  Large
documents just... erm.. crawl off and die.  Especially if they use
bookmarks, cross referencing etc.
