atw: Tip: Getting your full menus back in MS Office.

Hello fellow Austechwriters,

Sick of waiting for the painfully slow extension of menus
at the >> symbol (where only those options you used
recently display and your menu based keyboard shortcuts
no longer work)?

Then, in any MS Office application, for example: Word.

From the menu bar:
1. Select Tools > Customize...
   The Customize dialog displays.
2. Click the Options tab.
   That tab displays.
3. In the Personalized Menus and Toolbars panel, click to
to select the "Always show full menus" check box.
4. Click [Close] (Why MS didn't use [OK] I'll never know!)
All your full menus are back, throughout your MS Office
applications suite on the one PC.

Works better if you sped up the PC as recommended earlier.

HTH.

Cheers,

Michael
