Mitchellake is representing an interesting business transformation project for 
a large Telco and we are seeking 3 Technical Writers with experience in writing 
instructor guides for users and instructors, and other training materials.



       


 


The Role: 



As a Technical Writer you will develop new work instructions which are driven 
from end to end business processes



Review and document existing work instructions and include step by step detail 
for the purpose of publishing into html loading into a Content Management 
System (CMS)



Quality review existing work instructions, and complete any gaps within the 
process



Review and document existing work instructions and include step by step detail


 


Desirable Experience Pedigree:



Ability to develop and structure work instructions based on numerous 
documentation sources


Ability to interpret technical documentation (process, use cases, activity 
diagrams, report specifications, etc.)


Ability to work to tight deadlines


Attention to detail, grammar and spell checking - all work must be quality 
reviewed 


Able to work with subject matter experts (project teams members and leads) to 
review and edit materials


Must have experience writing instructor guides for users and instructors, and 
other training materials (eg. Quick reference guides) for both applications and 
soft skills


Ability to complete peer reviews and provide relevant feedback
