Client = Landcom 
This is an initial 4 months' contract with potential for extension.
Unfortunately, we do not have a spec from the client yet but as
indicated, the client requires a technical writer who :

- preferably has worked in property development environment or Land
Information System or has strong technical writing skills

- excellent communication skills

- ability to work independently in developing documentation for users,
system, change management, workflow process etc.
