atw: "Sturgeon's Law" - Word of the Day from the OED [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

I'll try that again.  a shorter version - to try and remove the 90% crap.

A humorous aphorism which maintains that most of any body of published
material ... is worthless: based on a statement by Sturgeon, usually later
cited as '90 per cent of everything is crap'

A sobering thought for us.
