atw: Standard margins - A4 paper

Hi all,

I have been asked to create a template (A4 paper) with very small page
margins.  Can anyone tell me whether there are standard page margins?  If
so, what are they?  Can anyone point me in the direction of an ISO standard
or similar that defines these?
