atw: Shortcut PS/Unformatted text / Tip Alt+

Thanks Michael - I didn't know why I didn't think of recording a macro myself.
I've used the
code kindly provided by Craig to make the macro.

However, instead of Ctrl+Shift+Alt+V (or Alt+Insert as Craig suggests) I just
used Alt+V. I
think when assigning shortcut keys it's quite handy just to use Alt+ because
nothing is
already assigned to any Alt+ combination and it's nice and short.
