atw: Senior writer position description

Can anyone point me in the direction of an "industry-standard" description
of the role of senior technical writer? We're trying to define and clarify
roles, and I want to make sure we're using industry-based specs rather than
our own, possibly rather unique take on what this role involves. :-)
