atw: Screenshots with Snagit

I use Snagit 7 for screenshots into Frame docs. In my current job the 
screenshots are slightly fuzzy. I suspect it is the quality of the originals, 
but has anyone tested different screenshot techniques they are willing to 
share? I have tried tifs gifs and jpgs and there appears to be no  difference 
in the quality of the final pics.
