atw: STC Publications competition

The STC publications competition is about to start. It is earlier this year so 
we can give people more time to prepare entries and the judges less of a 
restrictive time-frame for the judging.
We always welcome new judges and if anyone out there would like to take part in 
the judging please contact me for an application form.
