atw: SOLVED: RoboHTML compilation does nothing

Thanks to Sanjay Srikonda and Rick Stone for the suggestions.
In the end I found the following knowledge-base article:

The stated solution (to hand-edit the .HHP file so that it mentioned the
.HHC contents file) worked.
(However, note that the article is misleading in that it says "This
[problem] occurs when there isn't a name specified for the .HHC file", yet
in my other WebHelp project that compiles correctly, the .HHP file doesn't
mention the .HHC file either.)
