atw: RoboHelp Printing Issues

Hi,
 
Can anyone please help us, we have the following printing issues with
RoboHelp HTML. I have searched their help but have found nothing....
 
Issue 1: Printing under Windows 2000 - the banner prints on each page and
obscures text on the second and subsequent pages - on Windows XP - the
banner doesn't print at all - how is this managed - is it an option
somewhere?
 
Issue 2: Printing popups and expanding help topics - expanding help topics
print if they are visible - what about popups - is there a way of making
everything visible for printing?
