atw: Re: wikiversity: Today's featured course is technical writing

I had a quick look, some of the stuff appears to be quite comprehensive
in the course outline - it looks like it is supposed to cover lots of
what a starter would need to know. I didn't see any of the content,
bibliographies or references. I haven't had time.
