Agreed, good idea. I personally couldn't give a toss
if I upset some agency that had treated me
poorly/unjustly etc. As long as my comment was fair
and I could be bothered to tell all and sundry about
it.
Perhaps if named agencies started to get really bad
publicity through channels like this one it might have
an impact (though I doubt it).
I wouldn't worry about the lawyers.
