Take a guess on what they might be willing to pay. Your going to end up with 
money you wouldn't normally have received for doing very little. Is it an 
exclusive copyright or a perpetual licence for them to use it. Are you likely 
gain income from using the image anywhere else?

        Thanx Warren -  I was a bit unclear I think. The billing for hours is 
not the question. The price to slap on an exclusive copyright is what has me
