Speaking of accessibility issues:
I came across a neat tool today - a toolbar that helps you to assess the
accessibility of a website or HTML page. As well as some startling tools
that will
simulate how your site will look to someone with various visual
impairments there are all sorts of display tools for different page
elements and links to validators, standards etc.
I've found it really useful already.
And it was developed here in Australia.
You can download it at

Another one I came across that looked like it might be very useful is a
virtual library of IT
books - not free, but not horrendously expensive either - there are a lot
of
those O'Reilly books in it, which I always wish I owned. It allows you to
search across a number of books, and download chapters of books.
See Safari Bookshelf - an E-reference library for programmers and IT
professionals.
