atw: Re: backup outlook?

There are two file collections you need to export from Outlook Express.
Messages and Address book.
File > Export > Messages: Follow the directions.
File > Export > Address Book: Follow those directions.
Unfortunately you will have trouble exporting the data to anything but
Outlook (the full version) or Exchange.
However, once you have exported your stuff into a full version of Outlook,
you can do what ever the hell you want with them...
I might have a play and see what I can find out later.

Do you mean the outlook express folder in the program files?
How do I get an export command ?
I cant see such a command anywhere on a file menu
