Hi Slinka,
I guess it depends whether you want to backup a single message, or
backup the whole message database (.PST/.OST file). A single message is
easy - just do a Save As to a drive that gets backed up.
But to backup your message database, you can use a backup program to
back it up from here:
C:\Documents and Settings\<yourname>\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\
Outlook also has an archiving function, which I can't say I've ever
used. But you can check this out here:
Tools > Options > Other tab > Autoarchive.
Archiving creates a separate .PST folder which you can see in the
directory I mentioned above.
