Hi Deborah,
You should be able to do this by doing the following:
Open the document in Adobe acrobat
Edit the hyperlink properties for each hyperlink
I can't remember the exact steps as I don't have a copy of Adobe here that
I can check it on.

Greetings All,
I have a PDF that contains a number of URLs. The PDF is accessed via a
web page so when readers select the URLs they launch in the same window.
I'd like them to launch in a new window instead.
Does anyone know if there is any Adobe setting I can use to do this
(like Launch All URLS in new window) or do I need to do such settings in
the source file before converting to PDF?
TIA.
Deborah :)
