The ISTC in the UK has recently published 'XML in technical
documentation' by Charles Cowan ISBN-10 09506459-74.

I have a copy but haven't looked at it yet.

'Way back in 2003 I bought "Essential XML for Web Professionals". It's
by Dan Livingston and published by Prentice Hall PTR.

It's not brilliant, but I'm content with it. It served its purpose back
then, and I've dragged it out again now that a new project is on the
horizon. I'm sure there are lots of other good books about XML, but I
haven't gone looking since I bought this one. I had a look at
sitepoint.com just now, but they don't have much on XML - just one book
called "No Nonsense XML Web Development With PHP".
