Been in a bank all year. Unless someone picks it up, it'll be paid as $200. If the payee adds another zero, no one's going to know. They don't check anything.

Does anyone know what happens if you write a cheque and put 'two thousand dollars' in words and $200 in figures? Can the payee assume you meant $2000?
