Hi Nikki There is (was?) an Australian Standard for the software user documentation process (it was AS/NZS 4258:1994 - and according to this is still is: http://www.saiglobal.com/shop/script/Details.asp?DocN=stds000012058). It may help in the generics, but a doc that is now 13 years old could be out of date with some of the electronic delivery methods. I alreadty have the Wiley Style Manual, Sun Microsystems Read Me First! and Microsoft Manual of Style for Technical Publications in my toolkit as well as Strunk's elements of Style and so on I am curious to find out if you have any other tools, books or documents that you are willing to list for me to continue my research in this area.
