LOL! I find it interesting that Donald gave the recommendation and the
product's 'home' address without mentioning the 'hidden agenda' in that his
organisation sells the product in Australia.

IOW the recommendation reflects a conflict of interest - as did the later
price quote fail to differentiate the versions (standard vs professional)
and what one gets for different prices.

If any of us are selling a product, regardless of how good (or bad) it is -
I suggest that that fact is made explicitly clear in the emails recommending
such a product. (in the first email Donald stated his organisation used and
recommended without including the fact that they also sold it where he could
of added " and we are so pleased with it we actually sell here as well etc )

OR direct those sorts of emails to the person directly rather than to the
list (and maybe Donald did, with a brochure and all the details! ;-))

Sorry Donald, but based on the formats of your two emails, the above had to
be said.

All of THAT said, yes Irene, if all you want to do is that sort of 'quick'
conversation and stay in Word etc and not get into RoboHelp or AuthorIT
expenses then ReWorx could be the 'best fit' solution - and I am sure Donald
can give you a 'special austechwriter' discount! ;-)

Chris.
