And Christine, before you go any further, grab a pile of free stuff and from Shlomo Perets at www.microtype.com, including his additional help things, which include a PDF chart of key shortcuts... e.g., repeat last find, repeat paragraph command, repeat character command etc... They're there... it's just that you need to know sometimes what they're= called, and where to look. Note that you can also use Copy Special to copy a style (Paragraph -- Alt-F8= or Character-- Alt-F9) into the clipboard, so that when you select text, you= can simply paste (Ctrl-V) the style into your selection area.
