No problems - I've not discovered anything new, in fact, the code I use
to reset numbering was first set up in Office 97 - that's 12 years ago!
As usual with Word, there are several ways to do things - this is one
thing on my list to re-learn with Office 2007.
We don't do much with list galleries - but the little bit we do works.
The numbering styles were initially set up "by hand" and then the macro
created to reset them after people "fixed" them. And since we have
thousands of people in offices world wide to help us "fix" the styles,
using macros to reset them is a lot quicker than getting round to all
the desks.
Still on my 2007 list:
- multi-level lists
- themes (in our corporate colours, not MS supplied ones)
- putting more than autotext into building blocks
Cheers,
Margaret

b) I know Margaret is no lightweight in Word, so I'm not saying
this lightly. And I must confess that once I had completed my
research on list numbering (5 years ago) and developed a reliable
solution I never went back. So maybe something has occurred with
List Galleries to make them more reliable since I did my research
but I wouldn't trust them. So apologies Margaret if you have
discovered some new stability here that I am unaware of.
