atw: Re: Word 2007 neat trick I found and one QAT/styles question.

I will on the desktop, no problem there. I am on the laptop, which has a
small 15 inch monitor, so to see any of the document window I am minimising
the ribbon. Thanks for the help. Confirms what I thought...

You can't except for H1, H2, H3 and List. You do it through Office, Word
Options, Customize.

Don't bother. Remove them and use the positions on the QAT for something
else. Put the few most used styles on the Home tab, Styles Group of the
Ribbon - 4-9 depending on your monitor, so they are showing all the time,
and put the next 30 or so as level 1 styles on the Taskbar - which you also
leave open.

How do you attach styles to the QAT? I have somehow attached heading 1 2 and
3 styles, however I am confounded if I can work out how I did it. Help seems
to suggest you can't do that. Now I am wondering whether I did it with
macros...

Any ideas?
